While in MDS Logistics, he had worked in difference capacities as Head of department - Distribution manager in 2002, Project Manager in 2003, Assets / Services Manager in 2004 – 2005, and Customer Service Manager in MDS largest Distribution Centre pan Nigeria – Eastern Region Distribution centre, Aba in 2006. His experience spans in the area of facilities development and optimization. These include implementation of new projects, mechanization of facilities, effective and smooth warehousing / distribution of clients products i.e. Guinness, Promasidor, Nestle, Glaxosmithkline, MTN etc, and provision of logistics support for stock movement to various locations nationwide. He distinguished himself glowingly in various functions he was assigned to work on.

Economics from the University of Ibadan and first had a stint lasting experience with Ad.Dt. Partnership in 1998-2002, Nationalbank of Nig. Ltd in 2003-2005 and Samtan Nig. Ltd in 2006.

Mrs. Olaniyi is a Chartered Banker with deep knowledge in funds management. She has attended several management courses and seminars in reputable institutions. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN)
